caae656aae Fix event detection failure.
There was a typo in the channel detection logic, resulting
in bogus events full of `undefined` data values.

Fixes #115.

5af89050fb Refactor SOL/EOL real-time detection handler.
This also implements a generic handler mechanism that can be
reused for other purposes, such as sending email / XMPP notifications,
doing real-time QC checks and so on.

Fixes #113.

940aea8c7b Run events manager in a separate process.
Not sure if this is going to do anything in
terms of improving the handling of and reacting
to events, but it doesn't seem to hurt terribly.

Eventually, all this will probably need to be
refactored to use EventEmitter.

2886bd4943 Do not react to events until we have at least two of them.
This is to avoid false positives when restarting the API
mid-line.

03563bdaf2 Auto-create FSP/LSP events from nav header.
If the nav header is being received, this will
try to detect the start and end of line and create
an entry in the log.

It doesn't check whether FSP/FGSP LSP/LGSP entries
already do exist for that sequence.

Closes # 28.
